However, odds are that for each of the four categories of clients we serve, we have worked either with, or for, two or more companies that would view each other as competitors. This means that we must maintain the highest level of integrity when it comes to disclosing conflicts (even potential or perceived) and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. The advice we give a client is our own, derived from our many years of experience. But that doesn’t mean we won’t give the same advice to a competitor.
